370-4v specs

Could someone give me the firing order, where the timing should be set and torque on the harmonic balancer. This engine is in a 1979 F-700 grain truck. TIA.

I believe the firing order should be 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8. I have know idea about torque on the balancer tho. Try 10 degrees before tdc.
