Original 1979 floor mats

Does anyone have pictures of the floor mats that came in a 1979 f150 ranger lariat?

This was the go-to deluxe mat for '70's full-size Ford products.

Thanks David, I can't zoom in enough. What's the logo say? Does anyone reproduce these?

I screenshotted so I could zoom. No wording, just a design. Wonder if anyone reproduces these?

Which individual mats would y'all rather have, with the leaf design or with the Ford logo (both were introduced in 1978)?

LMC sells ones with logo says OEM carpet. Dennis Carpenter sells ones with a Ford shield. Never seen it before. It's says for 78-79 models.

Individual floor mats with carpet insert and Ford logo, introduced in 1978 for F100/350 & Bronco:

D8RZ-6413086-B .. Black / D8TZ-9813086-A .. Blue / D8TZ-9813086-B .. Red / D8TZ-9813086-C .. Jade / D8TZ-9813086-D .. Chamois

All are obsolete, no Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

If anyone wants the individual mats with the leaf design and carpet insert, I'll see if anyone has any.

Ronnief150man: The Ford individual mats with the Ford shield (coat of arms) were optional for 1960/64 Galaxies, but can be used on trucks/Bronco's and etc.

I had a set of the blue mats in my '65 F100, bought 'em in 1965 from Ford. The white mats came w/a black shield, the other colors came with a white shield.

Before Carpenter repro'd them, a black set sold on ebay for $1000.00!

Not to split hairs, but these mats certainly pre-date 1978. My 1976 Thunderbird had this exact style mat from day one. With the leaf logo, factory Ford. And my truck is a '77.

Not talking about cars in this thread.

The part number prefixes for both the leaf design and Ford logo mats for F100/350 & Bronco: D8RZ & D8TZ = 1978 (see post #7). Neither of these mats are listed for 1973/77.

Here's the pic for 1977 F100/350 & Econoline floor mats (listed as basic part number 13086), makes no mention of a leaf design or Ford logo mats.

Notice the part numbers, D8RZ & D8TZ prefixes are not listed, as these mats were introduced in 1978. The D9TZ mat is full width.

Thanks for reply. I was hoping to buy some reproduction mats first my 79 truck. Probably just end up buying logo from LMC

LMC's are carpet. I haven't got that far yet. My truck has a vinyl floor in it now, but I'm going to put carpet back in it.

The mats referred to in this thread were options that Ford offered that were placed on top of the factory rubber floor mat or carpeting.

What color do you want? There are both carpet and vinyl mats with the blue oval used on 1992/96 F150/350 & Bronco that can be found NOS

When these came out in 1992, I bought the blue vinyl mats, installed them in my '65 F100. The 1960/64 Galaxie blue mats I installed in 1965 were beat to death.
