Noise from my 2003 F350 when cold

I have a 2003 F340 5.4l with 6 speed manual. 60k miles.

When you first start the truck up, it makes a whirly raspy sounding whine for a good five minutes then it seems to go away. When you shut the truck off, and it is still warm and you re-fire the truck, the whirling raspy whiney noise comes back for another 5 minutes.

If has been doing this for months now.

The clutch does not slip and it shifts fine. The sound seems like it is coming from the transmission area.

How do I remedy this?

Thanks in advance for you help!

Definitely a clutch bearing. Any way to quiet the bearing without doing a clutch? The clutch grabs good, and the trans shifts good as well.
