Before anyone can help you, you have to give a LOT more information. Year, make, model, engine, tranny, 4x4, mileage, recent repairs/maintenance would all be helpful.
Also try to pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

oh yeah sorry. 1992 F-150 custom, 5.8 v8, 4x4, automatic trans, 88k on it. I cant really pinpoint the noise location cause it only does it when im accelerating, but its definitely coming from under the hood.

Just a thought, but, if the noise is coming from under the hood, check your motor mounts. If they are loose, the fan could be contacting the shroud or the rad when the motor twists under torque.
