do you guys think I can drive it with #1 not working properly? I turned it off with AE and it makes no difference. But if I try turning off any other injector by itself, the truck lurches and stumbles as I would expect it too.

Took injector harness from the faulty cylinder and tried it on #3. It worked fine. Tried #7
harness on #1 and got barely a buzz or a click. So I'd say #1 injector is toast yet again?
I take it you bought a set of injectors, one went bad, and the replacement isn't working right either? Did you send the first bad one back to get repaired, or did they send a different one out? Did the first injector have the same exact problem?
The FICM is the only electrical component connected to the injectors.
AE showed FICM, FICM logic, and FICM sync were fine. Also I took FICM apart and inspected it. It was fine.
One thing that may be worth mentioning. I disconnected the batteries and turned headlights on to drain batteries and KAM.
Restarted truck after 15 min. The truck never did the vgt relearn. Also the truck doesn't idle higher once in a while if it's been sitting idling. It use to idle at higher rpm for a few minutes. I believe it part of the stratedgy to help keep the turbo from sticking?
