Solid bench seat cover options
The closest I've found is from Precision Fit Seat Covers. They offer a solid bench, molded headrest, center armrest w/ front cupholder seatcover, but it doesn't accommodate the electric lumbar that my truck has. While it's not a huge issue since I don't use the lumbar controls anyway, it would nag at me that the seatcover isn't fully fitted like it should be (I know, a little obsessive am I, but who of us aren't?
) but I feel like something I'm going to pay that much for and is advertised as being custom fit, should actually fit all of my truck's options. Also, I'm curious as to what your opinions of fabric choice are. My first thought was to stick with automotive velour since I think know what it's going to be like (stock seat fabric type, correct?), but the endura and microfiber options intrigue me since they are billed as being waterproof and highly stain resistant respectively. I'm not one that's big on the leather options because they are way too hot/cold depending on the season, so I'd like to stick with a cloth of some sort. Which of the three fabrics is going to be the most comfortable and durable option; it should also hold up to a washing machine and dryer as well since I'm looking for a seat cover since my new job has had my covered in mud to my waist the last three days in a row and I'm running out of clean bath towels to be throwing in my truck every morning unless I want to sit at the laundromat every 3 days washing towels.
Edit: PS, no saddle blanket! My dad had one for years on this truck, and while it was durable, it's as uncomfortable as hell on the back of the arms as you're bouncing down the road (rug burn much?)
