Blower motor problem HELP!

Blower motor problem HELP!
Ok my blower motor is not switching speeds, it is just blowing low, when you move the switch to high the speed doesnt change. I replaced the switch, and it did not fix the problem. What else could it be? In this Texas heat it is REALLY frustrating

If the truck has Hi/Lo vents or factory A/C, the blower motor resistor is different than with a heater only.
E3TZ-18591-A (replaced C9AZ-18591-A) .. Blower Resistor-Use with Heater / Available from Ford.
