Ok so i have the steering box already. Its a Saginaw box from a 88 Chevy 2wd but the pitman arm wont work with the setup i have. I heard you need to get a pitman arm off a dodge but i cant find information anywhere about hat year or model dodge. Can someone give me some info on where to get one and what year and model?
Search for "power steering conversion". There is a thread that has much detail about your swap along with parts needed. I think the author was 73 Ford Guy but I could be wrong. It contained what parts worked with what.

i am going with the inverted t steering which requires the 2wd box, and the dodge pitman arm. Do you know what year truck your box is off of? it looks like that is the pitman arm i need
I assume you want to get rid of the power assist P/S and install Ford integral P/S on your Highboy.
You say you don't want the Saginaw box, but this is exactly what the Ford integral P/S gearbox is.
1977 F250 4WD from serial number Y20,001 (not a Highboy), 1978/79 F250 4WD & 1979 F350 4WD use Ford integral P/S. The gearbox is made by Saginaw, so some peeps call it that.
A similar 'Saginaw' P/S gearbox was used on all 1969 F100/250 2WD's & F350's (from serial number D96,001), 1970/79 F100/250 2WD's & F350's.

75F350 is the author and I believe he has disappeared from here. Try "highboy power steering". It's 70 pages.
My puter at work is like freakin dial up after frontier conversion and I could not down load the page to check for you. He was very knowledgeable.
