6.4 diesel loss of power while climbing a grade(unloaded). 15lbs boost 30mph max. no unusual noise, prior to next grade on the trip i shut the engine off and in doing so it reset what ever caused the loss off turbo. However that was short lived, 2 mile later same loss of power. no check engine light no code????????????????

Sounds like your power was limited...you were in limp mode.

Take it in and have them look at it.

Either EGT's were too high or maybe engine temp. It is a stab in the dark as to the cause.

Maybe you were in regen mode and it was not doing the job very well.
