got a couple codes. need more help

First code is p1289. Cylinder head temperature sensor circut high

Second code is p0645 a/c clutch relay control circut

Any help would be apprecieated

I'm monitoring it while its running engine coolant temp says -40 f. I know this isn't rite either

Just got 2 more codes. P1703 brake switch out of self test range
P1650 power steering switch out of self test range
