Exclamation Are these codes linked?, whats my fix?

I am the 2nd owner of this truck, all the mods were done by the previous owner except for the new SCT Livewire that I installed from Innovative Diesel.

I was getting code P0472 "Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Low" with no engine light on (I thought it was due to the truck being straight piped) and didn'y really worry about it.

I had the truck flashed back to stock due to the previous owner taking the IQ from the 6 gun her installed and put a SCT livewire on it and again still the P0472 code, then Innovative Diesel sent me my custom tunes and the truck ran awesome...now more codes and a little laggy at times.

NEW CODES- P0236 "Turbocharger Boost sensor 'A' circut range/performance" and P2262 " Turbo boost not detected".

The truck runs great under 2000 rpms but try to accelerate and it lags before running like a bat outa' hell lol.

Are these codes related? should I start with replacing the Exhaust pressure sensor.......I hope I got you pros enough info to help this rookie out!
