It all depends how you want to go bucket, you can make a frame that goes all the way from the outer seat tracks, or you can mount them individually. You can also make a stationary frame and mount the bucket seat tracks to the stationary frame.

 

Electronic AM/FM Cassette radio? What other applications, if any, would have this?

 

I don't think they had the digital/electronic displays till the next generation.

I want a plain old AM/FM factory radio for my 82. With or without cassette, with or without 8 track. In fact I think I still have my old Devo 8 track tape with Whip It.....

Why is it every radio is gone when I get the the JY?

 

According to my build sheet, it came with one. But that's what Ford said, not me. When I got the truck, there wasn't a radio at all (as usual).

 

1985 and 1986 did have a electronic AM/FM cassette.

It had seek functions, and a digital display for showing the frequency.

They are rare as most got the standard type analog display...

Yea, that's "Plan B". During the summer months, I have to operate on the cheap. If I haven't found a used set before November, I'll buy a pull/rebuilt unit off of eBay and rob the gears and clutch pac.

 

Anyone have access to 3.55 gears from a Dana 60? maybe 70 rear? I also need 3.55s for the dana 50 front. I also could use a headlight switch from roughly 84 year.

 

It's about time this particular thread was closed; these things normally go for one month but too much going in real life kept me from creating new ones over the summer.
