ARE MIRRORS INTERCHANGABLE
ARE MIRRORS INTERCHANGABLE
Im trying to figure out if the mirrors from the f250 can be adapted to the f150 new body style ,i m looking to get the mirrors out farther without putting those stupid looking strap on exstentions
I'm not sure if the 250 will fit the 150.
What you might want to look for are the tow mirrors from the 2007-2008 model years. They are similar to the SuperDuty in look, and they telescope out as well.
They can be a bit spendy, but they are almost certain to bolt right up.
A quick google search found a set:
2004 - 2011 Ford F150 TOWING MIRRORS PAIR
Enjoy!

Honestly, $350 is about the least expensive I've seen.
One of the sponsor's here, partsguyed.com, wants upwards of $550 for a new OEM set. So really, it's a good price.
I looked at the rest of that site...and if you can deal without power anything, they're more like $230
