Everything is well here sir, still running and cycling like mad. I got more weight down and finally down to around 187, but still want more off! HAHA.

I need to start back on the tread mill this week, to run off what I gained on vacation!! That's the only bad thing about all-inclusive, you can eat and drink until you're miserable!!

Yeah one of my Co-workers just got back from an all inclusive from cancun and he was loving it. I plan on a trip next month to florida but I will be bringing my bike and PT gear to run on the beach. I gotta keep going with the workout no matter on vacation or not haha.

I couldn't bring myself to get on the treadmill in their gym there. I did walk by and look at it, though......LOL!

Well, maybe miserable wasn't the right word. Although, my wife and the girls did manage to drink themselve miserable (and half naked) one afternoon in the pool!!LOL
