I am watching the weather here too as I need to sneak in another 5-6 mile run today, if I can. I did a run right after the rain yesterday and it just about killed me.....the humidity was horrible.

Well the temp said 92, so I was like phhh thats not hot and took off. Later I realized it was 92 with a heat index of 112 and humidity of 98% LOL. And not to mention they were saying its rated Orange for the asthma people (such as myself).
