Danke Pat! I am thinking after our cookoff, I should go home for a nice bike ride! I have to wear down this bike, since I should be getting my new one next week hehe.

I have been told I can be a bit windy. And sometimes a little stinky too so I guess you are right.

I am not usually on here on the weekends. Last weekend was a 4 night camping trip with no TV or internet. During the week it is hit and miss as to how long I can get on here. I usually drop in at a minimum once a day to say hi and take care of business. I guess it all depends on my work load at work. As you can see today is not too bad, it is however FRIDAY!

Good morning Neal. I'm the same, I don't get on much on the weekends either. I'm usually too busy!

Yeah I am usually almost too busy to get online and if I do, its usually only for a few minutes to buy or search for something. Cycling, running, swimming and cooking usually takes up most of my weekend....oh and Church too.

The problem with bicycles is that the engine is so temperamental - which is what you can expect with an inadequate cooling system!

I had mine out today for a quicky, it's a seven year old specialized hard rock that still rides smooth as silk. I suddenly realized I had a bag I could swap over to it from my tried and trusty but tired and old Raleigh Technium TRI-LITE so I've been re-educating my body.

I'M DOWN TO 200 LBS for the first time in twenty years!
* That's a drop of between 20 and 30 pounds in 2.5 months - a lot of it is diet work on my part.

Embarrass a shippy like that? Ride all the way up - around to the lake and back - and BY BY...

I can't feel that bad with my knee throbbing after my accomplishment, but that smarts!

I haven't seriously done this for a long time. (*whine level 1)
