Hey everybody! It's been a minute. I have the joy of moving to Murfreesboro from Lebanon before the 20th. Lots of crap and Ford parts to move!!

Plus doing a lot of drywall work and painting in a finished attic.

Well had a soup and salad lunch and going for a 2 mile walk. Sun is hot today but not as bad as last week.

Well heading out for a 5-6 mile run now so I will find out how hot it is.....then got some guys from sweden coming over, so going to be hitting the grill hehe.
