From the photo you posted it looks like the outer and inner race is intact, only the caged ball bearings are fubared. As noted in the other thread, remove the existing bearing then take it to a parts supply house. Here in the states many of the auto supply houses carry bearings for these very common alternators.
Thx for the diagram rla, funny how the 2G and 3G are so similar (since i have a 2G). Anyway, i got a 6000 rs and had it replaced. Assembled the alternator and tested everything. My truck is back on the road .
