I don't work Friday or Tuesday. Heading to the Tiki Bar Thursday night.
Made a trip to Chicago and back to pick up a car for work. The Super Duty did just fine.
Al - as far as the paint goes, you need to put a flexible additive in the paint you shoot your flares with, and anything else that might wiggle or flex. But be careful with the stuff, because it's silicone, and once you paint with it, every coat after that has to have it in it as well. Otherwise you're going to get fish eyes everywhere. Also you'll want to use a primer made specifically for plastic. Other than that, it should be just the same old painting. As was said above somewhere, as long as you sand between coats, you'll have good results. When you do your mirrors, with the sanding and everything of the paint, they will become glossy and lose that texture, if that's ok. I really don't know of a way to paint them and keep the texture look.
