It can be a preference Devon. I prefer an ice pack over a heat pack for my tendonitis. But it has to be a bad flare up for me to even notice anymore. I have just built up a higher pain threshold because of how long I have had tendonitis in both feet.

The last gtg we had was at hooters iirc. Turnout was pretty good Devon. I was even able to go.

Yeah I get bored at work so to help pass the time I am on here. Talked to my one supervisor today and got the ok to bring my bicycle to work so I can ride it at lunch. Bud I only get paid to post when it is not busy at work. And since it is summer break right now it is a little slow.
