Morning and happy hump day Carl, George, Steve, Brad, Jim, Scott, Pat, Tim, Don and all that drop by.
Had a few t-storms roll through during the middle of the night and now it is muggy. It makes it real nice to deal with because the AC in the office is dead.

It does. The buildings and grounds department has had to repair this floors unit every year since I have worked here (11 yrs). This year it pretty much has died and now it is in the head of the B&G and the politicians to see if they are going to replace it this year, or wait until next year when they can put it into the budget. If I get overheated, I can head upstairs and hang out in server room of the IT department

Kitchen is still in the planning stages, Steve. Now wife is talking about new cabinets....Which I guess is OK. They were built in 1954 when a previous owner remodeled the house. Like me, they are tired.
Tell the board that the computers (and employees) work better if it's cool.
