Good Monday morning to all!
Time to get up & walk out the soreness from dirt biking yesterday with my son.
My body is getting to old to keep up with the youngsters. My mind says one thing, but my body says another! LOL!

Morning Donna. I know what that feels like. I shouldn't have done a few of the things I did yesterday. My knee is still a little sore today.

Yeah. My brother and I are putting in a small pond. Over did it yesterday doing that and moving the water feature. Then went and did some military drill with my reenactment group. My knee didn't like it alot.

I have been known to push it a little too much on the weekends myself. Hope that your knee feels better soon.
