It should. I can't remember what ICP needs to get to before the engine will try to start, though. There is a graph from the 6.0L Bible that shows the IPC sensor voltage in relation Injector Control Pressure.
Higher ICP voltage means higher pressure in the HP oil system.
Apprx 0.82V equals 500 psig. You should only reach 4000 psig at maximum engine load, but seeing high pressures in the HPO system is not really a bad thing (although I guess it is possible to have it "fail high" - just haven't heard of it much).
Can't tell you about the voltage. My Scangauge is set to press. Once the truck starts it's a roller coaster ride depnding on throttle position. 500 psi is the magic number for starting.
