Can I mix Rotella ELC coolant and Fleetguard coolant?

Can I mix Rotella ELC coolant and Fleetguard coolant?
Can I mix the red Rotella ELC premix coolant and the Fleetguard heavy duty premix coolant together? I'm replacing the radiator in my 250 and the NAPA doesnt carry the Rotella, only the Fleetguard. The Rotella stuff isn't old either...

Are they both OAT ELC coolants?
