Leaking 93 F250
Every morning, weather not dependent, I start it up and there is a puddle of water located almost exact center (muffler/exhaust?). This is only in the morning, at least as far as I can tell. There is also an odd sound as it warms up-almost like a pinging but goes away within a minute or so. Any ideas? Appreciate anything.

The puddle is probably from the weep hole in your muffler. The constant warm-up cool down cycle the exhaust experiences causes moisture to build in the exhaust. If you look at some vehicles you can see water dripping out the tailpipe. As for the pinging can you give a better location.

Thanks for the information, that is what I hoped/thought, but this the first time in 10 years since I have owned this truck it has done it. As for the "so called pinging"--its stange, I checked all my plug wires on Sunday and the cap and rotor too, some were a bit loose--there was no change in the sound til Yesterday, (Thursday). Would it take that long for the computer to recalibrate? My comute is a lot shorter now and only average 25 miles a week now....
