how much is it worth? update

how much is a 1995 31x8.5 enclosed trailer with 2 7000lbs axles 8 lug 16" new tires? it has the front ~11 feet made in to a sleeping room with ac and insulated, the rest is open. it is wired to code with 40 amp box. 4 d ring tracks, small roof rack and ladder on front. it is very heavy and looks built good, the twin i beams are ~ 10" and 1 down the center. the make was a H name not hallmark, i just can remember. has good papers 1 small dent on the driver side, 120v lights on the out side. he is asking $5300 obo, is this a good price or should i keep looking? he used it as a toy hauler to put 4 wheelers in and gear.

A better question is "What is it worth to you". Sounds like it is set up pretty good, how are the tires, look at the frame for excessive rust, does the air work, etc. He is asking $5300 or best offer, if everything looks good and you like the trailer, low ball him and meet somewhere in the middle.

Have you checked a new trailer to see what they are priced ?????

Have you towed with it to see how it tracks down the road. What is the rating on these new tires?

the tires have less than 2500 miles and they look new, he has the papers where he got them over $900 for the 4 tires. have not towed it , ac works good no rust. the trailer is from FL so no salt. i just cant deiced if i wont to hold out for an aluminum trailer, the title says it weighs 7200lbs. that is a lot for just the trailer i think.

what would be a good price on it? the only thing i dont like about it is the axles are 3500lbs. it is a INTERSTATE CARGO TRAILER is that a good brand trailer?

Depends on where in Florida it has been sitting, lots of saltwater on the coasts and I can guaranty if you are close to the golf coast in the winter you will get salt mist when the wind is blowing hard out of the west.
