Riff Raff FRx Install Question

Installing one of Riff Raffs FRx kits today (amongst a dozen other mods). Question for ya'all... which spring do I want to use? Here are my mods to date that may affect the desired fuel pressure: (working on a 2000 7.3)

GTP38R Turbo
Stock Injectors
DP Tunes
SB COld Air Intake
Bellowed Up Pipes
HPx
4" Exhaust

Any thoughts?

I used the gold one & my pressure is @ 62psi

i used the black one just cause i could... LOL. it runs fine..
