You should be able to rent a ball joint press. You'll have to check around in your area for that. Guessing your is a 2wd rig.
When you get the front end aligned after your repair the tech should be able to get the steering wheel back to center. If the shop you take it to gives you any guff about it go somewhere else. That is part of a wheel alignment. Thats if somebody hasn't hasn't fooled around with the steering wheel previously.
I just put on new tie rods/ends. I did the alignment with a tape measurer to get it close then had a shop tweek in. To get the steering wheel straight (after the alignment) I turned the key almost ON (unlocked the steering wheel) the loosened up the sleeve at the upper tie rod (drag link) and the tie rod end (attached to the pitman arm) the turned the sleeve until the steering wheel is straight the tightened it back up.
