You are kidding right???? The Golden State is red...blood red...insolvency is on its way! You can't "revenue enhance" the state to overcome the budget deficits, spending reduction is the only way. Someone tell your legislature, I left 6 years ago because of revenue enhancements and non-sustainable budgets.

That's what I pay for my registration on a one-ton dually in New Mexico..and that is for TWO years!

I moved out of Ca about 16 years ago. I like Nevada dont get me wrong, but here they put the truck on a dyno for a smog test! Pretty stupid, even the smog mechanic says that. And yes it is about money.
