The other day I'm in a left turn lane when a little old lady proceeds to cut me off and stop on a green light! Yea, my truck weighs what? 8-9000 lbs give or take, so I hit her...$2600 damage to her cute little SUV and my bumper got tweaked about 1/2 inch on one side. Thank God she wasn't in some tiny little car
No, the law here reads you are responsible if you rear-end someone, no matter what kind of dipsh-t maneuver they pull. I think the retired bluehairs that don't drive over 30 mph wrote it.
Thats really raelly retarded, its teh same in montana unless the person commits a traffic violation such as stopping in the middle of the street or recklessly driving...
I just got a call from the insurance company. We had agreed not to get the insurance involved and she called them anyway!! I'm going to go look for her now and drive OVER her little japanese POS!!
Yeah the is the same here. I want truck horns for that very reason, especially when towing. Stupid people around here think trucks are slow and cut in front of em'. Ricers are always trying to get in front of me too, it so funny when they realize they can't.

I we exchanged info, i held my temper, didnt call the cops, i go home, an hour later theres a cop sitting in my driveway writting me a ticket for failure to maintain clear distance. i was slightly irritated.
