She made it to the Doctor!

Well she made the 20 mile drive to the doctor (I.E dealership) Her heart beet started to get a little choppy towards the end. But I just petted her and told her that it would all be over soon.

I feel sorry for my friend that followed me there, lol i think he is still high from the fumes!!! I cleaned her up before I took her, mom always told me to never go to the doctor dirty.

Doctor says it will only be a week and she'll be good as new... And there is no recovery time!!!

It will be nice to have her back to her normal self. Non of this coughing and smoking and not wanting to get up in the morning.

I told her that when she gets out I'm going to give her a nice set of aero force gauges... That way we can work on our communication skills. She says I don't listen to her good enough! lol

Anyways I will update you all on her progress as I here from the Doc.
Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers!!! LOL

Glad to hear that she made the drive without too much complaining LOL
Did you tell her that it will only hurt for a min?
Hope everything turns out great for her and I know she will love the new guages so you two can communicate better LOL

Not funny about your girl being sick though.
It nice to have health insurance and only have to pay Co-Pay.

Hope it works out for yea.

And I am sure that while she is under the wrench, some of the little nagging hard to reach mods will be done before her new heart is installed, Right?

You know, WW, HPXOVER, cackle cure kit.... etc. I know that your "health care plan" will only pay so much, but all three of those are inexpensive, and a heck of a lot easier to do while the heart is waiting to be transplanted.

Congrats, on finally getting your surgery started.

Good luck with the "procedure."

At least you didn't have to take her on an ambulance... (flatbed).

Glad you are getting her fixed. I know with her being sick, your brain has been a little wacky lately.

Now that right there was funny, funny, funny

Are any of you guys/gals from DE, MD, NJ, NY, or PA going to the All Truck Nationals at Carlisle, PA in August?

If you are, why not join the MidAtlantic Regional chapters? We are having a regional meet, have a tent reserved, some hand-outs to FTE members who sign up as MidAtlantic Ford Trucks - FTE club.

Click on the link in my sig for more info.

Sorry for the hijack

Nolan,

This is the news I have been waiting to hear. I know you will keep us up to date. It's great the way MBHTC has come through. They appreciate your commitment. So do I.
