have an early 03 myself.
a few 100 miles away from 180K and i just reOringed my stock original injectors.Bought an EGR delete kit cuz i was thinking of removing the original EGR cooler.
Ive had to replace batteries
IPR
ICP
Alternator
Glow plow module
ALL ONCE
Still has original EGR cooler and valve
and all 8 injectors
Also original never replaced head gaskets
And i pull a 40 foot gooseneck
Truck and trailer weight in at Combined weight of 25,400LBS loaded Never blew headgaskets

early 03-6.o
i bught an early 6.0 that just came off the 100,000 mile warranty.i've put another 100,000 miles on it and have only replaced the icp on the engine,ball joints and end link bushings,and the alternator,gets 17.90 on the road and 15.60 in town.best truck i,ve had and i'm 71 years old and owned more than 1 of all of them.
