Got truck back home stalled out lots on way. Unhooked from trailer pulled into shop checked fuel filters whitch have been changed 100 miles ago. Pulled fuel pump and replaced with new one. Hooked up to trailer drove down road same thing happend. Truck seems to run fine without load. did hook up to coad reader and found no codes.
Thx for any help.
a little smoke on start up
took it for drive today put 120 miles on it ran fine
just when hooked up to trailer it quits
changed oil about 2000 miles ago
fuel filters less then that
it does quite abite best deal for the money
ICP,IPR,FICM,BOOST,VGT,and a ton more
it does not do fuel pressure, but most everything eles
Its best to get some kinda gauges they will pay for themself in the long run, just by knowing good from bad parts
Its a good feeling knowing where your truck stands
checked fuel 55 psi at start
when driving down road 55 psi when u punch it drops to 48 then climbs back up
is this normal
what kinda fuel filter some off brands lose 10psi
Its getting close to injector damage at 48 I would put in the blue fuel pressure spring
and it may even drop more pulling a trailer
