Flat Spot in acceleration

Hi Everyone: new to the sight here, gotta say i love it. Anyway my problem is i have 2 flat spots in my acceleration at about 5 mph and 35 mph. around 1400rpm. 2005 F-150 s cab 5.4l 150000miles when it does this it hesitates and sounds like the motor is under heavy load. hard acc. or soft.
Just did plugs, cam phasers, timing chain tensioner, thats when this started. I cleaned and greased all the cop's when i put them back on. Any help would be appreciated.
