cab lights mod
My truck is a 1999 f250 superduty xlt supercab if I were to buy everything from ford would there be a plug to just plug the harness into? If so where at? My truck does not have overhead console.
Also where could I find a template?

Depending if you have and over head console or not you'll need one or the other harness. But other than that there should be a plug available either way.

Clearance Lamp Install
Don't use Motoman's measurements, as they are not correct. If you read his post, you will see him trimming the lamps so they fit flat on the roof. Use the measurements in this post.

That is my post--My lamps fit perfectly. Check out the pictures below.
Just make sure that all 5 lamps face perfectly straight ahead. Don't angle the end ones outward--They go facing dead straight forward. The end ones are slightly rearward of the 3 center ones due to the curvature of the windshield, but they still face straight forward.
