Which rebuild kit?

I'm planning on picking up a rebuild kit for my carb tomorrow. I went out to the truck to get the carb model number, and I found a sticker that says Remanufactured Holley 64-1587. All the local part stores rebuild kits list the Carter or Ford carb model numbers. Several sell this particular remanufactured carb, but of course none of them have a link on the carb pages for the correct rebuild kit. So, any guess as to which Carter model number I should be using for reference?

Also, I was thinking about replacing the intake and exhaust manifold gaskets while I have the carb off. How much more work is it to get the manifolds off after removing the carb?

Thanks as usual for the advice.
