where's the best place to get seals and gaskets for my '78 NP205?
is gaskets needed for extension housing or will RTV work (does it mess with bearing shimming?)
also are the output seals crush seals? what's the specs if so

Bronco Grave Yard for a seal kit, they are a sponcer here. If you are talking about a gasket for between the transfer case and trans extension housing, you can just use sealer there. I would use a gasket between the trans and the extension housing. The housing has nothing to do with the bearings preload and there are no crush collars in them

thanks, I've gotten parts from Jeff's before, been out of the truck loop for alittle
