front end noise

Hey guys new here I have a question on a 2010 f150 supercrew 4x4 lariat. When you turn the wheel lock to lock it makes a loud noise from the front. Only happens when tue wheel is fully turned. It definitely does it when there's any bumps and also does it on flat pavement. Ford says its because were turning the wheel to hard but I don't buy it. Im not a pro but I didn't think your supposed to get loud noises from the front end like that. Anybody have any idea on what it could be or is it just a noisy front end? Oh and it has 9 k and has never been offroad

Power steering relief valve?

what he said... it's probably your power steering pump yelling at you to quit turning the wheel. my dad has had quite a few 150's and i'm on my first and everyone has made loud noises when the wheel is turned to the limit. i've always been taught that when it makes that noise to let up on the wheel a little bit.
