Bad low-side switch?? Have you tried changing that out?

Hate to say it but you might need to take it and have the system vaccummed down. Sounds like what mine was doing, and when we vacced it down (buddy has an a/c machine) there was moisture in the system and freezing up. When we got the moisture out and recharged it works great, blowing 40 degrees on a 95 degree day.
