Fuel Tank Filler neck...
Hey guys,I'm getting ready to do the in-tank mods,I also want a filler neck with the large opening,can anyone tell me with certainty(?) exactly what year come with a large neck,I want to be sure before I get one,I'm gonna check my local yards for one or maybe even go through EDMO....thanks....Phil

Depending if it is plastic or metal, I just use a dremel and took care of mine.

Hmmm,I think it's metal,funny,I haven't even looked at it...I just know a big nozzle wouldn't fit
...

Mine is a 2000 & will take the big nozzle. Like said above cut it out while you have the fill hose off, I've used a sharp cold chisel on them before.

99.5 350 drw has the large opening if that helps

My '01 has the large opening but I know of at least one 99.5 in our local group that has the small opening.

i opened mine with a air chisel and ground it smooth with a die grinder CLEANED IT OUT REAL GOOD! nice to be able to fillup any where.
