Leveling kit torque specs?

Leveling kit torque specs?
Got my 2.5" coil spacers today and the directions didn't include any torque specs. Did several searches and couldnt come up with this info for an 05-07. Does anyone know the torque specs for upper and lower shock mounts, sway bar end links, and track bar to axle? (if the track bar actually has to be removed, I'm hoping it doesnt because I imagine it would be hard to get back on after a 2.5" lift)

Bump? Sorry to be rude but I'm trying to get this on before its dark.
I found specs for older models with leaf springs, 74 ft lbs for shocks and 185 for the track bar. Not sure if its the same for coil spring trucks but thats what I'll be using. Can't find specs for the sway bar anywhere so I'll just snug them. Does anyone know if I will have to remove the track bar from the axle?
