4:88 Gears
I pull 18K fifth wheel RV with 4:10 gears and my rig is very slow from a stand still, most track trailers blow my doors off.
I am running Innovative diesel tunes on 6.0 2003 dually F350.
I thought about 4:88 gears, I don't care about top end speed (I would by a Mustang for that).
Is anybody out there running 4:88 on stock tires?

4.88s would be a little extreme with stock tires. You really shouldn't be having any trouble with 4.10s though. 18k is heavy, but it should be more than manageable. Are you sure your turbo vanes aren't sticking or something, limiting the bottom end?
