Software values=Flash version?

Software values=Flash version?
I found this in my diagnostic software. Is this my "flash" version? Is it possible to tell if it's the origonal software for my truck? I see three modules, are those PCM/FICM/another module? This is very interesting but as you can tell, I don't know what I'm looking at. (I x'd out the last five digits of my VIN for some reason)
