Chassis and Cowl= 66
Chassis and Windshield= 29
Chassis and Cab= 5149
4X4 Cab= 410
Platform and Rack= 662
Platform= 83
4X4 Platform and Rack= 68
4X4 Platform= 29
Flareside Pickup= 7621
Styleside Pickup= 28104
4X4 Flareside Pickup= 1,028
4X4 Styleside Pickup= 2232
the Flareside box is the same type of box and GM refers too as a stepside
The Styleside pickup box on 2WD trucks is the same style as on 1965/66
The 4X4 Styleside pickup box is the same deseign as used on the 1957-60's
regardless of 2 or 4WD. This is often referred to on the 61-6 trucks as the 'wrong bed'. It was used on all 61-6 F100-250 4X4 trucks with the exception of the 66 F100.
If your truck is a genuine 4X4 truck the VIN will begin with F26 on your F250 and its model code will read F260, F261, etc.

The production figures are all from the Std Catalog of Light duty Ford Trucks, by John Gunnell copyright 2003, ISBN 0873494113

If I remember correctly, it is on top of right side frame rail under cab/cab mount area. Model 83 F250 Flareside 4x4 pickup numbers at 1028 units for 1964. Right out of the Ford Pickup Red Book by Peter Sessler. Hope that helps.
The production figures were not kept by FoMoCo, they were thrown away decades ago, but...
R.L. Polk and Co. has kept these records for the entire US autobiz since the 19teens, so the figures in the Standard Catalog of Light Duty Ford Trucks and that awful Red Book were obtained from Polk.
