This is not part of my new shop but it's going to be a parts storage building ,I think it's way too small already

The building to the left of this new roof is so full I can barely walk through it already,it's full of all my engine parts

Nice garage dude, I would build one in my back yard in sunny Florida but tax man wants an extra $770 a yr in property taxes on top of the 4gs I'm paying already a year.

Looks like a nice area. You'll have some shade on one side.
