Y'all done run him off with your fancy Diesel speech... 
He might be back sometime lol... But in my opinion i think the owner is meaning the Lift pump, and just calling it an Injection pump. Many people have different names for different things, I work at O'Reilly's and I get that all the time, having to get people to describe a part cause their calling it by a different name. Then again, owner could've replaced the engine with an IDI lol. I seen a truck on Mautofied that a guy replaced a 7.3 PSD in an OBS with a 6.9 IDI with ATS Turbo.
