relocate tailgate camera.
Has anyone relocated the factory camera to a location above the license plate ? I installed my 5th wheel tailgate and tried to get a camera and harness from lockpicks that would plug in the factory connection point by the spare tire and their representative said they had nothing compatible unless I used their system that plugs in under the dash. I don't want to do that but if I could relocate the camera I could use it with either tailgate installed. I checked the Ford dealer here in town and they wanted around $380.00 for the factory camera and $18.00 for the short harness to connect it (ouch). I would like to use my existing camera and relocate it. Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.

I've been (im)patiently waiting for Lockpick to release a new verion of their product that will allow for the use of the factory cam and an additional one. I would love to be able to have a backup camera in the center brakelight for hooking up my gooseneck trailer.
