If you have a good spring shop in your town, ask them how much it woul cost to make them. It is usually no more cost and frequently less, and you avoid some hefty shipping charges. I wouldn't have them reverse your old springs, make new ones.
Also a lot of them can customize your springs to be the way that you want and need it (spring rate) if your truck isn't going to be used for a lot of towing or hauling, they can soften the rear springs for ride. If you've changed the engine you cah have them set it up for that too...
