Need some input

I have a 2002 F-150, 4.2, 5 speed. I am needing to haul 1 yard of soil in the bed. Will the truck handle it without too much of a problem?

depending on the soil, you are talking about 2500 pounds... make two trips.

Thanks for the help. Loaded a yard in the truck and hauled it about 75 miles. No problems with the suspension but, now I've got all kinds of issues not associated with the soil. They were there before, just more noticeable when the truck was pushed hard.
