Easy custom mods?
I am a new-ish member and would like to read about easy or inexpensive mods or customizations.
I will start off with mine, I suppose. Nothing much, really; I went to the junk yard and got a cigarette lighter ($2.50) and put it in and also an antenna ($5) and put it up. I put my stereo in, and installed a couple door speakers and a couple of subs in the back (hid my wires well <label for="rb_iconid_12">
</label> ) I also made the side markers into blinkers. I know it's not much, but I am looking to do a LOT more.
So what are your easy/inexpensive mods? Anything cool, simple, cheap or stupid would be much obliged. Thanks!

adding a 2nd small antanna on the roof and put a splitter on so now i have 2 working radio antannas for hopefully better reception...got for $1 at the junkyard. $20 fog lights...mounted them in the two top bumper mount holes for now....picked up an awsome yokima roof rack from the junkyard for $20 and mounted on stock rack...$40 for a grant steering wheel also from a junkyard out of a 80's camaro....$15 for a cat-back dual-exhaust with a flowmaster single in/ dual out muffler off of a mid 90's ranger...and best of all...a $12 paintjob thanks to wal-mart and rattle cans...looks pretty good, and if it gets scratched or i get bored with the color...it will cost only a couple bucks to fix

Yesterday I fixed my fuel gauge. The needle was bent (the actual gauge just started working last week, I don't even know why or how. Just did.)
I took a dash cluster from the junk yard, it didn't work in my truck so I took just the fuel gauge part out and put it in my old one.
If I paid for it (they closed on me, I had to jump a fence to get out) then it would have been $15.
